Rocking

Rocking is one of the first movements we do as humans. It helps reset your posture and loosens up your hips, ankles, shoulders, and wrists. Plus, it just feels freaking GOOD! There's no wrong way to rock, so explore!

How to do Rocking:

  1. From tabletop position, step one foot outside the hand on that side.

  2. Rock back and forth...or any direction that feels good.

  3. Step the foot straight out to the side and repeat.

  4. Hold and breathe when you feel a stretch sensation.
