Benchmark is a chain of physical therapy centers with 2 brand partners and more than 80 locations. I designed The Benchmark Email Program from the ground up to help them and their partners improve client relations and increase patient referrals. To do this, we focused on personalization and value. We used clinic-specific contact information, included their name when applicable and allowed them to choose what content they'd like to receive.

So after their first appointment, they were sent an email allowing them to opt in to one of five newsletters based on various physical therapy topics. After completing their therapy, if they hadn't opted in already, they were then sent a follow-up email allowing them to do so.
I designed and programmed the newsletter to be managed by the client, and we used MailChimp (not an endorsement, but if you use them you'll probably profess your love from a digital rooftop too) to create an easily editable template. It automatically populated the appropriate partner logo & clinic information without the client needing to create multiple versions.
(And they couldn't have chosen better brand colors if I do say so myself.)
